A Late Night Raiding Guild
Arisen started out with very modest goals and intentions in September of 2007. It was started by two real life friends who originally wanted to just run Karazhan and perhaps check out Gruuls. A few months and many Kara clears later Arisen finally reached high-cotton with their downing of HKM and Gruuls just days before Christmas. There was much excitement, but due to the holiday, raiding was postponed until the second week in January of 2008. By the time January rolled around some of the former raiders had either left to reroll having accomplished what they said they wanted to, or simply didn't return from the Christmas break at all. New goals were set and plans put into motion.
Additions were made throughout January, Febuary and into March so that within a very short time Arisen was looking at Vashj and Kael. In spite of the patch that would have allowed those two bosses to be skipped, Arisen ellected to pass muster and take them down. Successes in Mount Hyjal and Black Temple have since cemented Arisen as one of the top Horde guilds on Echo Isles.
